Check

1. Take pictures in front of home. Check.

2. Answer uncomfortable questions about my sex life. Check.

3. Take dogs and cat to the vet for vaccines. Check. (Note to self: It's amazing that a few milligrams of Acepromazine can prevent the butt juice defense mechanism. This year I'm not "that lady.")

To Do:

1. Make appointment for dreaded Home Study.

2. Liquidate entire life savings in order to pay for the adoption.

3. Buy crib, new digital camera, changing table, cloth diapers, wipes, formula, baby monitor, high chair, stroller, baby swing, bottles, this, this, and baby mattress in the next four weeks. Note to self: this list is guaranteed to grow exponentially.

4. Find a place to put all baby gear mentioned in number three.

I have a fisher price rainforest jumparoo that you are welcome to. We bought it and our son did not like it much although most of my friends swear by them.

We do cloth diapers too, although Junior has outgrown most of his now. I have a cute newborn support our troops cover that we used a handful of times (he was 10.1 lbs, so he outgrew it fast!)

LMK if you are interested and I'll dig up what I still have. Might have a highchair too as we are hoping to move him to something different. And the crib....he's still in his or I'd give you that with the dresser/changing table. When is the little guy due? My other ones were out early, so maybe he will follow suit.

Thank you, Sharona... :)

And, Dad...Yay! I can't wait to get it in the mail...

ABW...That is SOOO nice of you! I will gladly take (or pay you for) anything you are willing to get rid of! It's not exactly garage sale season, or I'd be scoping the neighborhoods for all of the stuff I need. He's due February 2nd. So about a month, give or take. Email me at erinrages@yahoo.com and I'll give you my number so we can meet up. :)

You, ABW, are what I love about being in a military community.

Congrats on the impending arrival of your little one!! I hope everything falls into place smoothly for yall. Dont get too overwhelmed with the baby stuff (although it is easy) the baby section at target will now be your second home, constantly figuring out something else that you need!
